Strong architectural gestures, combined with the use of different materials, give The W a balanced and pleasant ensemble.
Wooden planks, crossing both the site and each of the common spaces, are a unifying element around the project. Carbon offsetting, rainwater recovery, solar panels, wooden construction and priority given to a soft traffic on the site, make The W a project actively engaged in an ecological and responsible approach.
In addition, users will benefit from dedicated electrical outlets for recharging bicycles as well as a pre-wired connection for the installation of an electric vehicle charging station.
